Balic was ruled by the Dictator Andropinis, a powerful sorcerer-king who was elected to his post over seven-hundred years ago.

Draj was ruled by "The Mighty and Omnipotent Tectuktitlay, Father of Life and Master of the Two Moons." As you might guess from his title, Tectuktitlay claimed to be a god. Currently, Draj is ruled by King Tectuktitlay’s son, a young psionicist named Atzetuk.

Gulg is ruled by the sorcerer-queen Lalali-Puy, is called the oba by her subjects. The oba is an absolute monarch whose name means "forest goddess" in the language of her people.

[edit] Nibenay

Nibenay is ruled by King Nibenay. Called the Shadow King by his subjects, Nibenay is a bizarre and mysterious figure. His subjects see him so rarely that the city is constantly filled with rumors that he has died.

Raam was ruled by Abalach-Re, she called herself the Great Vizier. Currently Raam is on the brink of civil war.

[edit] Tyr

Tyr was ruled by King Kalak, he was often called the Tyrant of Tyr. Currently, Tyr is ruled by a Council of Advisers.

Urik is ruled by the warrior King Hamanu.
