Kalak

King Kalak was the sorcerer-king of Tyr. He was originally the second champion of Rajaat, the Ogre Doom. Kalak took some pleasure in referring to himself as the Tyrant of Tyr. In the Year of Priest's Defiance of the 190th King's Age, Kalak finished construction on a massive ziggurat, assembled by twenty years of slave labor at great expense to the economy of the city of Tyr. Kalak planned to use the ziggurat as a focal point for his attempt to use powerful defiling magic to absorb the life-force of every creature in the city and thereby catapult himself directly to dragon metamorphosis. He was attacked by Rikus, a slave gladiator, with the Heartwood Spear, and later killed by Agis of Asticles.
